How to get a transcript from Voice Memos on iPhone

Open Voice Memos on your phone.
Tap the recording you want to use.
Tap the transcript icon (the little speech-bubble next to the title) — iOS will show the auto-generated transcript below the waveform.
Tap-and-hold any line, then Select All → Copy.
Come back here and paste into the Transcript box above.

The transcription is rough but Claude is forgiving. You can also lightly clean it up before submitting if anything looks scrambled.
